Terms of service

Want a commission?
Here are my terms of service to keep in mind before placing your order to avoid misunderstandings.
Do you have doubts that are not in the terms? Consult without purchase commitment
If you have a suggestion outside of what I offer (such as ref sheet, customs etc.), we can discuss it and perhaps come to an agreement (as long as you respect my terms).

General terms

I have the right to refuse the order without giving any reason.
The commission starts once the base sketch is approved and payment is received.
There are no returns, so buy safely.
The commission is NOT for commercial use, just for PERSONAL
The signature or watermark will NOT and should NOT be erased.
DO NOT allow edit / tracing / copying / recoloring / stealing / NFT or AI training my works.
The artist has the right to publish your commission in their portfolio or social networks.
It can take me up to 1 week or a month max, so please specify date if necessary.
Terms may be modified without notice.

♡You have 4 days for it to arrive, otherwise the commission is cancelled.

How i work
----
1) Once I accept, I'll create a quick sketch, just to get the idea right, reach an agreement and enable the payment.
.2) As soon as i send it, we will discuss to correct the base sketch (if you still not convinced, you can cancel the commission without any problem).3) I'll modify the basic sketch and send it to you. If you like it and confirm you want to continue, make the payment, and then ill officially continue with your commission.4) Once it is finished I will send it to your email, the order will be in the highest quality, the watermark and/or signature will be as non-invasive as possible, but it should not be deleted.
And keep in mind that once the order is finished, it is NOT corrected further.

About corrections:
Further corrections will be made once the commission is officially launched. But remember :
Corrections are changes to improve the work, not to completely transform it.
Use corrections well and don't overuse them.
Is there a correction limit?
Corrects until it passes to the line or even the base color

Advances: If you are worried about the advances, do not be ashamed to consult, it is fine as long as there is no pressure, even so I will do my best to keep you informed or at least I will communicate my situation and I will give you a date so that you are sure when I will continue
